Sign Up for an Account

Follow these steps to create your WorkProject HQ account, select a subscription, and complete the initial setup. You’ll need your contact information and a credit or debit card. You can also add your business logo, review links, and an existing client list, but those items are optional.

Create and Send a Project Quote

WorkProject HQ allows you to customize certain labels. Your account may display Quotes, Estimates, Proposals, or another term you selected. The process remains the same.

Create a Service

If you perform the same type of work regularly, save it as a service in WorkProject HQ. You can then add the service to future quotes without reentering its description and price.

Create a Equipment Rental

Create a machinery piece to add to invoices.

Create a Client

Adding a client keeps their contact information, notes, quotes, jobs, and invoices organized in one place.
